The starting point

The longer the career,
the less fits on the page.

There is a problem almost nobody names because it sounds like a privilege: having too much to say. A professional with twenty or thirty years behind them faces a two-page format that forces them to throw away most of what they have built, and to decide what to discard without knowing what the reader is looking for.

The usual result is a CV that lists positions instead of demonstrating results. A second obstacle compounds the first: most large companies use automated systems that rank applications by how closely they match the advert before any person is involved. Senior profiles — longer, and carrying job titles that change from one company to the next — tend to rank worse in that ordering.

Which leads to an uncomfortable paradox: the more experience accumulates, the harder it becomes for any of it to be read.

The proposition

Tell it once.
Adapt it as many times
as needed.

ZenitJob reverses the usual order of work. Instead of keeping a single CV sent identically everywhere, it separates two things that should never have been one.

On one side the base CV: the complete track record, with no length limit, which is never sent. On the other, the versions derived from it — one per opening, generated in seconds. The heavy work happens once.

The service

What it actually does

1
Base CV
Built by speaking
The user dictates their career block by block, with no templates and no blank page. AI structures it into achievements with figure, period and context, and each block is reviewed before being added. Saying it out loud recovers detail that writing leaves out.
2
Openings
Found daily
An automated search sweeps public job boards and remote-work sources according to the profile set. The user decides what is worth pursuing: an application is never submitted in their name.
3
Adaptation
One version per opening
The system analyses the specific advert, identifies what that company prioritises and reorders the experience to bring it to the top. Same facts, different hierarchy. It also generates the cover letter.
4
Verification
Checked before sending
Before submission it estimates the match against the advert and flags missing terms, with room to correct. Every application is logged with its status.
The difference

It is not a job board.

This is the distinction most worth understanding, because everything else follows from it. ZenitJob does not publish the user's profile in any visible shop window, does not offer it to companies and does not sell data. There is no candidate database to browse and no directory to appear in.

The reason is straightforward: most professionals with responsibility look for work while still employed. They cannot advertise it, flag availability, or risk their employer finding out. A tool built for them has to start there, and the rest of the product decisions follow from it.

🔒
The search is not published
No candidate shop window and no visible profile. Nobody sees that someone is looking, because there is nothing to see.
🗣️
It starts with speaking
The blank page is what leaves a CV three years out of date. Dictating it breaks that block.
🎯
One version per opening
Without rewriting from scratch each time, so the tailoring actually happens rather than staying theoretical.
📊
Checked before sending
The match estimate flags what is missing while there is still time to fix it.

One sentence

ZenitJob is a Spanish platform that lets executives and senior professionals build their CV by speaking and adapt it automatically to each job opening.

Short paragraph

ZenitJob is a Spanish AI-assisted job search platform aimed at professionals with long careers. Users build a "base CV" by dictating their career block by block and, from there, generate a distinct version for each opening, with a prior analysis of compatibility with automated screening systems. It is not a job board: it does not publish profiles or pass data to companies.

Long paragraph

ZenitJob is a Spanish AI-assisted job search platform built for executives and senior professionals. It starts from one observation: the longer a career, the harder it is to condense into a CV, and the more gets lost along the way.

Its method reverses the usual order. Users dictate their full career block by block — with no length limit and no formatting to worry about — and obtain a "base CV" that is never sent and works as a master record. From it come versions tailored to each specific opening, reordering the same experience around what each company prioritises, with a prior analysis estimating compatibility with applicant tracking systems before submission. The platform does not publish the user's profile in any shop window or pass their data to companies, a point that matters to anyone searching while still employed.
