Do you know professionals who would benefit from ZenitJob? With our Affiliate Program you can recommend the platform and earn a commission for every new customer who signs up for a plan through your link. It's a simple, transparent way to share a tool that helps others in their job search while earning an income.

1. Who can take part

Any individual of legal age or legal entity with the legal capacity to enter into contracts can join the program. It's especially well suited to content creators, career coaches, HR consultants, bloggers and professional communities. Participation is subject to prior approval by ZenitJob.

2. How tracking works

When you join, you'll receive a unique affiliate link. When someone accesses ZenitJob through your link, an attribution is recorded via a technical cookie. If that person signs up for a paid plan within the applicable attribution period, the sale is credited to your affiliate account.

3. Commissions

• You'll earn a commission on the net amount (excluding taxes) of the paid plans purchased by the customers you refer.
• The specific percentage and attribution period will be detailed in the affiliate enrollment agreement.
• Commissions are finalized once the withdrawal period and any possible refunds by the referred customer have elapsed.
• No commissions are generated for self-referrals, or for customers referred through prohibited practices (see point 5).

4. Commission payments

Commissions are paid out periodically, once the minimum payment threshold set in the agreement is reached, using the agreed method (for example, bank transfer). The affiliate is responsible for meeting their own tax obligations on the amounts received and, where applicable, for issuing the corresponding invoice.

5. Prohibited practices

To maintain the integrity of the program, the following are prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through any channel.
• The use of misleading advertising or false claims about ZenitJob.
• Bidding on the "ZenitJob" brand or variants on advertising platforms without authorization.
• The use of coupons, domains or creatives that cause confusion with the official brand.
• Self-referral or fraud in attributions (cookie stuffing, fake clicks or sign-ups).
• Associating the brand with unlawful or offensive content, or content that damages its reputation.

6. Use of the brand

ZenitJob authorizes you to use its name and promotional materials solely to promote the platform within this program and in accordance with the guidelines we provide. This authorization is revocable and grants no other rights over the brand.

7. Relationship between the parties

Participation in the program does not create any employment, corporate, agency or representation relationship between the affiliate and Total Market Services, SL. The affiliate acts as an independent collaborator.

8. Duration, withdrawal and changes

The program runs for an indefinite term. Both the affiliate and ZenitJob may end it at any time by giving notice. ZenitJob may modify the program's terms (including commissions) by giving reasonable advance notice; the changes will not affect commissions that have already been finalized.

9. Data protection

The affiliate's data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of managing the program and paying commissions.
