The method, step by step

Tell it once.
Tailor it to each role
in seconds.

Most people keep one CV and send it everywhere, because rewriting it each time is unworkable. ZenitJob flips the order: the heavy work happens once and every adaptation after that takes seconds.

4 steps and the first one is spoken, not written

The idea

One master CV.
Many applications.

Almost everyone does the opposite: they keep a single CV and send the same one to different roles. It works badly, because every company searches for different words, and rewriting the whole thing each time costs far too much effort to actually do.

ZenitJob separates the two. On one side your base CV, which holds everything and is never sent. On the other, the versions that come out of it — one per role, in seconds.

The path

Four steps.
The first one is spoken.

1
Base CV
You tell your career out loud
You dictate block by block: each role, each stage, the projects you remember. No length limit, no fighting with formatting. The AI structures it into achievements with figure, period and context, and you review each block before adding it.
2
Roles
They are found for you daily
You set title, sector and location, and the automated search sweeps public job boards and remote-work sources every day. You decide what is worth pursuing: nothing is ever submitted in your name.
3
Adaptation
One version per role
The AI reads the specific advert, identifies what that company prioritises and reorders your experience to put it at the top. Same facts, different hierarchy. You can generate the cover letter too.
4
Control
Score and tracking
Before sending you see the match against the advert and which terms are missing. Afterwards, every application is logged with its status, so you do not lose the thread of a search that runs for months.
Why it is built this way

Discretion, not a shop window.

Looking for work as an executive carries a problem that looking for a first job does not: you almost never get to do it in the open. No "open to work" badge, no word reaching your employer, no handing the CV around.

So ZenitJob is not a board where you list yourself, nor an agency shopping your profile around. It is a private tool: your CV and your applications are not shared with companies or third parties, and we do not sell profiles.

🔒
Your search is not published
There is no candidate shop window and no visible profile. Nobody sees that you are looking, because there is nothing to see.
🗣️
You start by speaking, not writing
The blank page is what leaves a CV three years out of date. Saying it out loud breaks that block and surfaces detail writing leaves out.
🎯
One version per role, without rewriting
The heavy work happens once, in the base CV. Each later adaptation takes seconds — so you actually do it.
📊
You check before sending
The ATS score tells you what is missing while there is still time to fix it.
